We try our best to make sure that everyone can eat our food. If you have any dietary restrictions, feel free to reach out to us! All of the food we serve is free of animal proteins, making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Due to the small nature of our operation, we cannot ensure that anything is completely free of trace amounts of allergens. We do our best to make sure that allergens are isolated and that cross contamination is as limited as we can make it. If you have severe food allergies, let us know.

Our “Tasters” is a way to get public feedback and continue to innovate our menu. “Tasters” are currently invitation only, and there is no cover charge. Each session has around five courses, in various stages of development. You are welcome to donate for a session, but no payment is required or expected.

Due to the fact that Daffodil Projects is currently a solo venture with no employees, tips are strictly saved to help cover the cost of meals for people that want to support us, even if they aren’t able to pay.

We have a fund that relies on tips and other donations to cover the cost if the menu prices aren’t affordable for you. We understand that “fine dining” is usually pricier, and we want to create an environment where our meals are accessible to as many people as they can be.
In the spirit of our suppers being based off of the Natchez Trace, we will accept donations or trades. We generally don’t accept trades of service, as we want to make sure that labor is completely and fairly compensated. We will, however accept donations and gifts. For example, if you have a cookbook or a bottle of wine that we are interested in, we are more than happy to trade you a meal for those things!
